I am looking for something natural to loose weight on. Dont want to take diet pills. Does anyone use this to loose weight and how does it work?

Best Answer:  The Orgain work well in general term. When you don't have time or can't find a healthy place to lunch, this drink may be an option. Also it taste good and have no strong flavor. In terms of loosing weight I can not guarantee any result because I use it for meal replacement. But it could help, because the drink is designed to be balanced in terms of calories, fat, sugar and protein. In addition this drink has vitamins, minerals, little portion of fruit, little portion of vegetable and some antioxidants. More important is that this drink is free (based on the label) of: gluten, soy protein isolate, artificial flavor, artificial sugar, artificial color, artificial preservatives, high fructose corn syrup and other bad stuff you can find in other drink. I hope this review can help you.

The website says Soy Free but also includes Soy Lecithin in the ingredients - does this contain soy?

Best Answer:  I have the vegan/plant based nutrition shake not labeled as protein shake. It has no soy ingredients. Orgain's website probably shows a view of the ingredients on the packaging.
