Creatine that my gut, brain and muscles are happy about
Been taking creatine since the 90s when I was training anyways. But I've been using HCL types of creatine for a few years now because I got to a point where I couldn't tolerate regular creatine monohydrate anymore. 5 g was enough to send me running to the bathroom within 15 minutes like clockwork. Best Answer:  my preference currently is to add the German Creatinen to my daily protein shake of Isopure Low Carb Protein. If it was a day when going to gym, would add to Nitric Oxide drink. my protein drink contains some Stumptown Cold Brew. no problems so far.
