How is it possible for it to say Soy FREE and then at the bottom say may contain milk and soy??

Best Answer:  Anything that's produced in a facility that processes those ingredients on the same equipment or doesn't physically isolate known allergens has to say that since there's a very slight chance of cross contamination.

Best Answer:  hello. sorry but we never saw the drink at all. we were buying it for a little boy whose mother could not afford this drink, which was about the only 'food' he could digest at that time. so it was always delivered directly to her, not us ... mike and jean

am a 69-year-old male. I'm trying to find items equivalent to original Insure. Any suggestions?

Best Answer:  Joseph, I would not recommend Orgain as I have come to find out that Orgain has carrageenan in it which seems to cause ulcerations in the colon. My colon doctor warned me about carrageenan and the devastating results for some of his patients. I was taking this product by the case, for several years, and I too had the result of ulcerations in the colon. Carrageenan is in many products including most almond milks. So beware!
I would highly recommend a product called PLANT FUSION which comes in various flavors. It is an excellent high protein drink. It comes in powder form and can be mixed with water, juice, milk or make a smoothie with it.
I don't drink Insure as I have done much reading on good nutrition and these ingredients do not fit the description of that which is good and healthy for us plus they are full of sugar. Hope this helps. We need to keep our bodies strong and healthy. and sugars and carrageenan, we are told, weaken them.

how many calories per serving?

Best Answer:  Creamy chocolate has 255 cal. for 11 oz. My 98 year old mom drinks these for extra calories either with a meal or between meals. Her doctor wants her to maintain her weight and she likes the taste of this drink. Has a lot of vitamins and minerals in it too. My mom lives in her own house and sometimes doesn't like to cook a meal for only herself and this is a good snack.

Best Answer:  260 mg sodium, and 320 potassium. Plus, this is a protein concentrate (rather than a protein isolate).
It's wonderful! My daughter and I both have enjoyed this drink now for several years.

Best Answer:  No. I bought this product for the protein content and nutrition. The taste was ok and it definitely did not help me lose weight.

Best Answer:  Well it has organic alkalized cocoa listed in ingredients (7th down the list). I believe cocoa has some caffeine naturally.
I did a quick Google search (no affiliation and did not read article) on "organic alkalized cocoa have caffeine" and found an article that said 4 milligrams per tablespoon.
Do a search as this forum asks to not include links.
