First recieved this product as a gift and fell in love with it right away. It's the best tasting protien that I have ever had, I will never go back to drinking cardboard tasting proteins again. I have been useing this product for meal/snack replacement while on a south beach diet. I also use it for breakfast because I'm not a breakfast person. It also works very well for a daily protien supplement while body building.

I consume this product at least 3 times a day before my regular meals, before and right after I work out.
I mix it up with Silk soy chocolate milk, water, or Skim Plus milk depending on the time or need.
The flavor is fantastic and it satisfies me as expected.
Overall I expect much better results from my protein intake than the kind of results I have obtained over several months.

I just recently started taking whey protien in an effort to increase my protien in a low calorie option. I ave tried several brands, via samples packets or sampling other friends' mixes.

TASTE: So far I have found out that am most satisfied with the Elite Rich Chocolate. I love the taste best out of all that i've tried!!!. I mix it with 2% Milk and I think it tastes like a milk shake but not as thick. I have tried it with water and it is alright, but I love the cholocate and milk combo.

MIXING: I find that a shaker bottle helps with all mixes and I've been happy with the elite. It doesn't disolve as much as say a Jay Boos mix, but it mixes well enough for me. It's not gritty if you use a shaker. I have also found that mixing it the night before and keeping it in the fridge helps dissolve it even more.

Summary: I love the Elite and plan to continue buying it. It tastes great and price is good.

I ocasionally mix it the night before and Occasuionally i'll leave

Doesn't taste good at all. The consistency is like baking flower not like normal protein. Mixes very poorly, leaves a lot of chunks and is very thick and hard to drink. Flavor isn't that good. Most people are saying it mixes good and tastes good, maybe I just got a bad batch. Wouldn't buy it again.

Bought this at about $38, but they jacked up the price this month. The only reason I bought this was because it was cheaper than Gold Standard, which is the best.

I bought this at the Web Only Special price, based on all of the good reviews. I do like that it's low carb and has no artificial sweeteners. But that's IT. The flavor and the mixability are wretched! I get huge clumps of powder in my shaker cup, no matter how long or hard I shake it. I have to just about chug it to get past the taste. I thought maybe it was due to having no artificial sweetners in it, so I tried adding some stevia, and that didn't improve it. I tried 2 servings of it, and I can't stomach anymore. I'm returning it and buying Nitro-Tech, which is the best tasting protein shake I've had. And it mixes really well too.

Great taste. I let people I know try it who have been using the Gold Standard Chocolate Mint who say that it is equivalent in taste and the bonus is Elite is Cheaper. I have 20 lbs of it now and I am not getting tired of it. I like the Vanilla when blended with fruit and the chocolate with practically everything. Great deal. As long as they keep the price reasonable and the quality high, I will keep buying. Oh and it mixes easily and thoroughly!

My whole family just started lifting weights recently (the Fat Burning Furnace routines) and due to the intensity of the work outs we are all feeling quite sore. After doing that 3x I decided to try this product as an after work out shake and all I can say is WOW! This stuff really works! And it's delicious too! We are all working out very intensely now and using this shake really prevents the day-after soreness that we were all getting. I can also say it's fast acting as well. When we take this shortly after our work out, we can really feel it working within 15 minutes. Also, I am extremely lactose intolerant and this product (not the gourmet version) is very easy on the stomach. We all got a little gassy the first week of using it, but hey, that's what happens when you suddenly dump a bunch of protein in your gut! The gas has cleared up now with regular use, so don't let that stop you from trying this out.

First of all I have to say that I have been using this stuff for about a year and a half now and have been using it almost exclusively. I typically mix it about 3/4 with 1% or fat free milk and the rest with water and the powder itself. I typically get Rich Chocolate, although the Berry is not bad either. The product mixes great, and if I know I'm going to be taking it on the road I skip the blender and just poor the powder into a water bottle and fill it, to shake it up later. A few shakes is all it takes to mix this stuff thoroughly. The product is great value, and one might think that 24g of protein per scoop is not a lot, consider that two scoops is the normal serving, and that equates to around 58g of protein. Many other products have similar protein/serving content, and all mostly in two scoop servings but this product has one of the SMALLEST scoops I have ever seen, so you use less powder to get the same level of nutrition. The ingredients are all up to snuff with more expensive brands, with just enough BCAA's to not need more supplementation in that regard. I use the stuff after a workout and as a replacement for a snack or as a quick breakfast and it always tastes great. Paired with HemaNOvol as a pre-workout supplement, I have yet to experience any muscle fatigue or extended soreness which I used to get off of this product. Overall, it is a great buy. Great taste, good mixability, good value and good ingredients. What more can you ask for?

I have tried many other proteins looking for the right taste and texture. Most other proteins eventually started to gross me out either becuase they tasted awful or because I could feel the clumps of protein going down. I have been seriously working out for 6 years now and have used this protein for about 2 years and still do not have a problem with it. It tastes good enough and it mixes extreemly well. I have noticed that the bigger bottles don't mix as well for some reason but still good enough. I"m not a person that sips on my protein shakes, I normally try to chug them but I seriously love this product! I recomend it 100%. I normally always get the rich chocolate flavor eventhough I'm not a big chocolate lady! :)

Last December I was diagnosed with a serious bacterial infection. Before I was diagnosed I used Myoplex protein and BSN's mass gainer. Myoplex easily upset my stomach and BSN was a good protein. The bacterial infection changed my stomach around so much that I cannot have an abundant amount of lactose anymore. I switched to Whey-Isolate protein because they take out the lactose and the majority of the carbs. I have seen great results. This product is also very inexpensive. Many weight lifters are turned off by the limited amount of protein per serving, however, if you compare the amount per serving to other top brands, one notices that one scoop of Dymatize Elite is a better bargain that one scoop of other protein leaders. Essentially, you can put two scoops of Dymatize and get just as much protein and even more BCAAs than other leaders. GREAT TASTE, GREAT VALUE, GREAT INGREDIENTS, GREAT RESULTS.

Convenient! the price per serving size cant be beat along with the amount of protien. Low Carb! perfect for low carb diet i am in. Chocolate taste great vanilla not so much especially when you just urge that shake to know your workout is complete. mixes great with no clumps.

I just switched from the Designer Whey to Elite & I have to say, the Elite tastes much better. It's like drinking a candy bar. I mix it with 50/50 water & skim milk. I will definitely continuing using this product!
