this compound sensitizes your body to leptin, a hunger hormone. If this is not an issue in your physiology, then it wouldn't cause any change.

I have lost 6 pounds by using this product for 2 weeks. I do not have the "Hunger Pains" as with other products. I have another 5 pounds to drop, and am looking forward to that 2 piece bathing suit!!!!!! There are no side effects that I have experienced. It's a fantastic product.
