I was looking for some thing to add a little extra to my normal sex drive. With stress at work, my sex drive was really lagging. I read the reviews and said what the heck! I have been really impressed!What I really like about it does not make me feel funny, or race my heart. Feels very natural, and makes me frisky and ready to go, with out it being to over the top all the time. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

For over a year now, I have been taking one of these Steel-L gelcaps daily with my regular multivitamin. I find that I have longer and stronger erections. On occasion, before a romantic get together, I will take a couple more gelcaps as a boost. Steel-L is not like Viagra. It isn't going to give you an instant erection but I find it helps me keep going for extended sessions.
Others have commented on how it made them feel odd or even sick to their stomach. I have never experienced those side effects. The only thing I can assume is that those individuals have sensitivity to one of the ingredients. Perhaps my taking one a day helps to build it up in my system. Taking four at once right off the bat might be a bit overwhelming for the body. All I can tell you is to try a bottle for yourself and see if you find it works.

I've been using this product for about 3 or 4 months now and it works for me. I take 1 pill in the morning with a daily vitamin and then 3 more around 7 in the evening. The bottle indicates 4 per day. There are no side affects, that I have experienced and I'm READY TO GO whenever the time presents itself. I was good before but now I'm freakin' awesome! I love this stuff and would swear by it. I use to take the Yohimbe-Plus Maximum by Irwin but I started to see negative side affects. This product is AMAZING!

I used this product for over a month and it doesn't work at all. Haven't noticed any changes and it didn't give me any sex boost. Wouldn't recommand it.

It works!! I'm in my 20's and thought I give it a try and wow, it really works. Pop 2-4 pills 1hr before and you'll be rock hard for hours. Don't take daily unless you like suprised erections.

Though I'm not totally comfortable with the safety of this product, it really does work. If I take one, it gives me the boost I need to be really really effective. If I take two, look out! I don't take two very often, but my girlfriend actually notices when I do.

I am a 50-yr male. I eat well and exercise (both physically & mentally). I take 1 per day and then if I know I'm going to be active, another 2 or 3 a little while before. I must say that I take Advanced Yohimbe-Plus the same way at the same time - together. I also take a daily multivit & a multiherb every morn. I never take more than one of anything regardless of what the bottle says, except as I stated above. As with ANY & ALL supplements, if taken incorrectly (empty stomach, too many, etc.) there is the chance of feeling queasiness, but thatÕs the way these things go (imho, anyway). I believe I feel better results after maintaining regular supplements over a course of time then when I am not taking supplements for a period of time.

Irwin recommends that you take up to 4 pills per day spaced out or 4 pills prior to activity. Whenever I'd take one pill I would feel this weird cold feeling inside. I took 3 pills prior to activity one night at about 7:00 p.m and I was not able to get to sleep unitil after 4:00 a.m. , not only that but they didnt help my performance either.

All this product did for me was making me feel so sick that I stopped caring about anything else. If you want to have headaches, nausea, indigestion and blurry vision, this is the product you need to buy. I have better performance without it.

The first day I took this stuff I felt weird and almost nauseous to my stomach. It was a very uncomfortable feeling. Didn't realize t was this stuff, till a week or so later. I tried it with, with out food, one at a time, whatever it wasn't for me at all. I thought I was actually coming down with the flu, I had that pre-flu body ache feel when I took it. Never again.

My spouse and I bought both products for men and women. Took them once and the only thing it did was make us feel like we had taken Niacin (flushed) for hours and made us feel totally tense. None of the good stuff other "buyers" have spoken out.

Might have to take about an hour before to get the true effects but once in your system it seems to get the job done. I would recommend to others. Wonder if arginine akg would be better though but either way the ingredients are high quality.

Look this stuff is great hands down, it's a quality product for a low price. It increased a lot of blood flow to my "member" lol. I did have minor heart racing but that's because i have a heart mumor and took 4 at once. Otherwise the product worked great, for one bottle sure did a number. Not to mention all those other products cost like 60$ a bottle. I'm buying another bottle and i'm buying more to come! thanks vitamin shoppe!
