I use this to make protein drinks. The chocolate is a very mild chocolate flavor. (Personally I'd prefer a more robust chocolate flavor). It's easy to use however.

I have been drinking this product every morning for over a year and a half since I had gastric bypass surgery. I have to say that the flavor is fantastic and mixes well in my little blender. It leaves no after taste and no "clumps" when mixed with milk. It is very satisfying while high in protein and low in calories. I highly recommend this product and since I've told my doctor about it, he is now recommending it to all of his other gastric bypass patients.

The best tasting whey I have tried. I am using it for meals while on the Six Week Body Make Over. I am not a big fan of chicken fish and meat so this is a great substitute. I have tried other whey shakes and they taste chalky and do not mix well. This is not as heavy tasting as a chocolate shake, but has enough flavor to be a "treat" while dieting.

the quality of the whey is excellent. however, it doesn't have a strong chocolate flavor, you can really tell it was sweetened with stevia and it turns kind to a taffy/paste like consistency. but if your looking for pure whey without a lot of extra junk, this is it.

Jay Robb's protein is the best protein powder I have found. I am lactose intolerant and allergic to soy. This is the only protein powder I have been able to find that doesn't upset my stomach. Yes, the flavor is lacking a bit but I am able to mix it with just water in a blender bottle and don't have a problem drinking it. The fact that this is sugar and hormone free makes it even better. I just wish is wasn't so pricey.

Ok...This is seriously the best protein drink ever. I have to use only sugar free products and this one, sweetened with natural stevia, is fabulous. No after taste, totally satisfying and fulfills all of my protein requirements.

I used Jay Robb's for several months as it was my first experience using protein powder and recommended as the best. With milk and/or fruit and using an electric blender and lots of ice, this is a very acceptable daily drink. In a hurry and/or trying to not put in added dairy? This tastes like an under-dosing of Hershey's mixed with water. Yeah. That bad. Vanilla is the same, but with vanilla and the blender/milk trick and a cup of frozen fruit, again, you're good-to-go. It's other pluses are that the calories and carbs are low, and fat is non-existent. I also LOVE that it uses stevia. But this drink is probably going to be hard for you to choke down if you're wanting a several-times-a-day shake and don't have time or access to a trusty blender. Cost could also get prohibitive.

This is a good protein powder, but BARELY has any taste of chocolate. Out of the three flavors of Jay Robb whey proteins I've tried recently, strawberry tasted the best. This protein mixes well and is made with high quality ingredients, but it's pricey.

I've had gastric bypas surgery, and having enough of the protein in a day is a must. This is by far the best tasting whey protein I've ever tried. I will never try anything else. I mix it with ice in a blender with my skim milk and I feel like I'm having a Wendy's frosty. It's my treat at the end of the day. And the price is the best I've seen yet.
