Directions
1-2 teaspoons twice per day at any time, at least 5 hours apart. Individual needs may vary. Start 1 teaspoon daily and gradually increase to 2 teaspoon twice daily. When bowels are comfortably loose, this is the optimal amount. Some people may need to start with a half teaspoon only and gradually work up to higher amounts. How to prepare: Place powder in a glass or mug; add 3-4 oz of hot or boiling water and stir until dissolved. Fill glass with warm water and enjoy like a hot tea. Natural juice may be added in place of water when preparing for children.

I still have to give this three stars simply because it's Calm and Calm is amazing. However, this "flavor" is VILE!!! I've used lemon and mostly raspberry lemon for years and they're both great, but this - well they just need to stop making it and Vitamin Shoppe should carry the other favors in the large size.
As for performance (the reason it earned 3 and not 1 star), honestly I'm sure it works as well as the others - for some odd reason - it certainly should. Calm does everything the reviews say - helps with muscle cramping, pain, relaxation and sleep. I wouldn't be without it and I love it so much that I'm gagging my way through this bottle.
BUY IT, but don't buy this flavor! ;)

The supplemental facts listed on the internet are almost double the amount on the bottle I received. I don't like trick advertisement and would not by this product from the Vitamin Shoppe again. Its a good product, but can get the same product with the same supplement fact sheet for about $18.00 less on other internet sites.

Pros: I've been using CALM for a year on and off. The results were immediate. I sleep well now. I also find I am less edgy, less prone to nervousness. It dissolves quickly, is easily absorbed. Would recommend highly.
