The Arnica Rub cream is ideal for active people of all ages for pain releif from overexertion or minor injuries. This fast absorbing, non-greasy cream reduces pain and inflammation using Arnica and other supporting ingredients.
INDICATIONS: Natural, temporary relief for the pain and inflammation of minor sports and work related injuries. Reduces pain, swelling and redness of bruises, sprains and muscle strains and pulls, providing greater freedon of movement and shortened recovery periods.
Directions
Adults and children over 2 years of age: Apply generously with gentle rubbing to the affected area 2-3 times daily or as needed. Use with a support bandage if desired. For children under 2 years of age consult a physician.
Warning
If pain persists for more than 5 days or if pain, redness or swelling worsens, or new symptoms occur, consult a doctor because these could be signs of a seriouscondition. If a rash develops discontinue use. Keep this and all medicines out of the reach of children. Do not use if seal is punctured or missing. Store at controlled room temperature (60-85F).

Petroleum, contraindications.

Arnica montana (leopard's bane) 1X 8%, aconitum napellus (monk's hood) 1X, belladonna (nightshade) 1X, calendula officinalis (garden marigold) 1X, hamamelis virginica (witch hazel) 1X, hypericum perforatum (st. john's wort) 1X, ruta graveolens (rue) 1X, symphytum offinale (comfrey) 1X.

I purchased this product for shoulder pain. It didn't work for that purpose. Maybe it works for bruises.

I have problems with bruising on my hands. The slightest bump and I get a bruise. I tried and had success with Vitamin K cream, but in doing research, came across arnica cream and read about all the things it can do. Well, now I keep a tube in every room of my house and at work. It works SO well and fast. When I first notice a bruise, I rub a small amount of cream into the bruise and within a day, the bruise is faded probably 50%. This is the BEST thing I have found for bruising. In addition, it is good for back pain, which I also suffer from.
This product is also considerably less expensive than the vitamin k cream and for me, works a LOT better.

I LOVE this product! I bruise so easy and never knew this product even existed until I was talking to my friend who is a massage therapist and she told me to try this. I am in love! This product works quickly. I also love the fact it has so many natural ingredients in it. I am not a fan of taking medicine and things like that, so I was very pleased to see that this was a homeopathic product.

Im have been using muscle rubs for a long time now due to sports injuries. The Arnica lotion by Natra Bio has been the most effective for my joints, as well as for pulled muscles.
