    Although I miss the old watermelon flavor, I love all 100mg of CoQ10 in this product. I experience bad migraines in the form of all over pressure, overheating, and nausea/throwing up. My multivitamin already contains 333% of the daily value of riboflavin, I drink a finger each of ginger and turmeric in morning smoothies, and feverfew never worked either. I was getting desperate to reduce the frequency without shelling out $51.24 for Pedolex butterbur. After reading an article about CoQ10 used in a pediatric ward to treat migraines, I started taking 100mg a day instead of the recommended 2 piece, 200mg dosage on the bottle. In two months I went from experiencing a migraine every six days to having just a few long but mild headaches every couple of weeks. AMAZING. I'm converted. I didn't believe the gummy would be as affective but wanted something I'd remember to take daily. This is so convenient and tastes decent, too.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
