Directions
As a dietary supplement, three tablets once daily. Do not take with sulfonamide since PABA interferes with the activity of the drug. Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place.

I like these vitamins. They are infused with some sort of berry mixture. Some vitamins have a chalky taste/aftertaste, but these are totally fine in this regard. The pills are on the large size--so I don't recommend them to the squeemish. I don't have problems swallowing all three at once (they are slippery and rounded), but you can also get their 180 pill 6 pill/per day mini-tab version for around the same price. Might not be a bad idea, as every once in a while I do get a pill that sticks a bit on the way down, when I'm in a rush.You take 3 per day and they time-release so you don't just urinate the vitamins right back out half an hour later. A much, much better value than any that don't have this feature. Seem to have all sorts of good stuff in them, a lot from whole-food sources too. One drawback over the regular Source of Life vitamins is the price--about 2X. I guess it's worth it to get what I want. I'd like to see a larger bottle with a better price.
