Directions

Shake well before using. As a dietary supplement, one spray 30 minutes before retiring. Spray under tongue, hold for 20 seconds and then swallow.

      I usually need only 1 spray to knock me out. It takes about 20-30 minutes to work and I have a peaceful night's sleep with vivid dreams. I wake up refreshed with plenty of energy. Pleasant taste too!

          THIS SPRAY REALLY WORKS !! I had tried melatonin in pill form with no success. However, just 3 sprays of this melatonin liquid before bed and I fall off to sleep every night. THERE'S NOTHING LIKE A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP!

          Marcia P: HI Scott: I cannot really tell how quickly it is absorbed, but I read a long time ago that melatonin is better taken under the tongue than having to go through the digestive process. Also, now they are saying you need less, so you can control how much you take with a spray.I don't think it has an identifiable flavor. Marcia Dec 4, 2012
