About this product

Specifically designed to raise endurance, enhance strength, recovery and growth, Twinlab ZMA replenishes needed zinc and magnesium. A zinc deficiency decreases muscle strength and endurance. Magnesium deficiencies are just as bad, decreasing the oxygen available to your muscles. Supplementing with the correct amount (as in ZMA Fuel) promotes endurance, muscle strength and relaxation.

Directions

As a dietary supplement take 3 capsules daily for men and 2 capsules daily for women, preferably on an empty stomach, 30-60 minutes prior to bedtime. For best results, avoid taking with foods or supplements containing calcium.

      i have insomnia and barely ever get enough sleep but if i take this before bed there is no doubt in my mind i will wake up in about 7 to 8 hours feeling completely refreshed. it does give you some really freaky dreams tho. as a result of waking up refreshed i am more motivated to go to the gym and when i get there i have seen a definite increase in strength. i would highly recommend this product. it is absolutely worth the price.

          I got zma because of the trouble i have going to sleep at night. After i take Zma i go to sleep in about thirty minutes and stay asleep all night. I do however have some weird dreams though. My only complaint is it is hard to take two hours after eating because we normally do not eat till around 7 or 8 in my home. I can not comment on how this has helped my lifts because i am also on growth tech and protein, but with the combination of these three i have seen great results.
