I have been trying to get the answer to the following question by phone calls to custom service. I got called back several times; but each time the caller said he needed more time to dig out the information. Why is it so hard to get this simple answer? Is Vitamin Shoppe uncomfortable to answer this question?

Best Answer:  Depends on how intense the workouts are, usually after mixed with Whey protein. The muscles better absorb the product when they are damaged and in need of repair

Best Answer:  I'm not an expert but you get both bcaa and glutamine from protein you can add it in the morning for daily use or depending if you use protein everyday or not. If not you can take it on your off day. But that's just my opinion on it. Hope it helps.
