Plain and simple, Mhp's Myo X works very well! I have been a fan of Mhp for a while and I'm always looking for natural ways that produce results, and that's what this does!
I had been stuck at 180lbs for a while, like over a month. Started taking Mhp's Myo X on 1-3-13 with out changing anything else in my diet.
I have went from 180lbs to 188lbs in less than a month and my bench has went up 25lbs not to mention all other lifts have went up to.
All you have to do is just take one scoop a day. I take it dry because it taste good, and I take it around 8pm before I go to bed.
With this stuff you will grow, get bigger, and stronger! All you have to do is contiue to work out hard and you will see results.
I will say though it takes about a week r more before u start to see results but you will feel the results in your lifts by the 3rd time or 3rd day you take this because you will becoming stronger!
Plain and simple you need to get this if you wanna get bigger and stronger!
