Directions
Take 2 liqui-caps 30 minutes before breakfast and 2 more liqui-caps in the afternoon. Start off with only 2 liqui-caps on your first two days (1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon) and increase dosage by 1 liqui-cap every two days until maximum dosage of 4 liqui-caps per day is reached. DO NOT EXCEED 4 LIQUI-CAPS PER DAY. Do not take within 6 hours of sleep.

I would give it a 3.5 stars if I could. It depends on what you're expecting out of the drug. I have a tolerance to caffeine so I didn't experience any jitters( with out thinking one day I drank coffee while on it, bad idea). For me it worked as a mild laxative and gave me an extra edge when working out and on the scale at the end of the week. I lost about 2-3 lbs the first week (i usually lose about 1.5 when losing weight). Though I will say that most of my results came from working out 6 days a week(strength and cardio), and a change in my diet. It all depends if you wanna spend about $50 a month for a few extra lbs a month. Im happy to have the extra edge while I lose these last few lbs for the summer. This is no miracle drug , if you want something that's definitely going to suppress your appetite you should consider getting a prescription. This will not work for you if you do not workout and change your diet. Without those two changes you're going to end up gaining the weight back anyways. Those two are key to ANY long term, effective, weight loss regimen. I also wouldn't recommend long term use.

I took the maximum dose per day till the bottle was gone to get my monies worth out of the product. However, instead of loosing weight I gained 7 lbs. The caffeine gave me the jitters and the sweats. I guess I'm going back to what works, Hydroxycut, Raspberry Ketone, and Green Coffee Bean Extract.

I have been taking this for the last week and have lost about 2-3 lbs. so far. However, I do take it with L-Carnitine w/Rasp. Keytones and enjoy the mix. Lipo 6 has helped me break through my plateau and gives me the energy I need to make it through my crazy days :) I enjoy the lasting energy, without any crashes. It has curbed my appetite some, and I also keep a daily food journal and noticed that I don't eat as much as I used to, but helps me chose healthier foods. I will keep using until the bottle is empty and see how it goes :)

I am a Zumba Instructor......I Love this product! I have used it off and on for a few years. I take 1 before I work out or teach a Zumba class and it gives me just enough energy to pick me up and carry me through the whole hour and I have no problem sleeping at night. So I generally only take 1 to 2 per day. That works for me!!!!! I don't like the carb. energy drinks or anything like that. Plus I LOVE THE FAT BURNING aspect of this product! Is works perfect for what I need and as a female I can't have alot of caffein in my day. This product WILL NOT leave you feeling jittery or wierd like other fat burners I have tried. I do eat 1/2 of like a PB sandwich before I take 1. Just in case:) lol Hope this helps..I will continue to use this product. Remember instructions say after 8 weeks take a 1 week break! Added to my diet and supplement routine. Combined with L-Carnitine, this was just the boost I need to get the last 10 lbs. off. Body fat percentage was reduced with NO loss of mass. Very impressive product. 2 Cons: Can't use my pre workout formula or anything with caffine within 6 hours of dosage. Second con is a daily supply is 2 doses of 2 pills (4 pills per day). I ended up taking the morning dose and skipping the afternoon while using pre-workout formula for the gym.

I do cross fit training. Been taking these pills for about two weeks and they seem to work when put together with a workout routine. I dont take them as directed because i dont want to loose that much weight. I have lost 4 -6 lbs in the past (1 week) but that is not my goal at the moment. I have not tried the lipo 6 black because of the price but this seem to work well with some exercise and a fair diet.

I thought it was great! I took it and I usually jog 2 miles, and I felt like I could go at least 2 more. I havent had any side effects. I recommend this.
Cardio and drinking non carbonated drinks, watching your food intake and what your eating is the best way to start loosing any weight. Then working in your weight lifting routine.
Your body looses weight as a whole unit, not by parts.
