ICED CHOCOLATE ASHWAGANDHA LATTE

MAKES 2 LATTES

NUTRITION INFO FOR 1 LATTE (1 SERVING) 157 calories; 3.23g fat, 6.4g carbs, 25.5g protein

    INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups Spring Water (or Milk/Almond Milk)
  • 4 ml plnt® brand Liquid Ashwagandha
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cacao powder
  • 1-2 scoops of Quest Nutrition Cold Brew Coffee Latte protein powder
  • 2 tsp organic sweetner of your choice (organic)
  • For a hot beverage, add 1/2 cup frothed milk | For a cold drink, add ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place water (or almond milk), ashwagandha, cacao powder and protein powder into a blender bottle. Secure lid and shake for 30 seconds to a minute, or until well blended.
  2. Open lid and add your sweetner of choice (if desired). Shake some more.
  3. For a hot beverage, heat in microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute and top with frothed milk. For cold drink, add ice
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

CALMING CHAMOMILE KAVA LATTE

MAKES 1 LATTE

NUTRITION INFORMATION FOR 1 LATTE (1 SERVING) 63 calories; 3g fat, 11g carbs (5g fiber, 0g sugar), 1g protein, 0mg cholesterol, 116mg sodium, 142mg potassium

    INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup unsweetend vanilla almond milk (or any other nut milk)
  • 1 Traditional Medicinal's Organic Chamomile tea bag
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger peeled and cut
  • 1 ml plnt® brand Liquid Kava
  • 2 drops plnt® brand Liquid Stevia
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (plus more for garnish)
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a small pot, bring almond milk and fresh ginger to a boil.
  2. Take off heat and add in the tea bag. Let it steep for 5-10 minutes. While steeping, add kava, stevia, and cinnamon.
  3. Once ready, take tea bag out and add the fresh ginger with a spoon. Take the milk mixture and add to blender. Blend together until nice and frothy.
  4. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

CALMING LAVENDER ASHWAGANDHA LATTE

MAKES 1 LATTE

    INGREDIENTS
  • 6 oz dark coffee or expresso (or decaf coffee/tea)
  • 1 tbsp lavender syrup (recipe below)
  • 2 oz almond milk creamer hazelnut flavor (or any non-dairy creamer)
  • 2 ml plnt® brand Liquid Ashwagandha
  • Food-grade dried lavender for garnish
    LAVENDER SYRUP INGREDIENTS
  • 1 tbsp food grade dried lavender
  • 3 tbsp plnt® brand Raw Honey (use maple syrup if vegan)
DIRECTIONS FOR SYRUP
  1. In a small pot, bring honey and lavender to a boil and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and use a fine mesh sieve to strain lavender from the honey.
DIRECTIONS FOR LATTE
  1. Make coffee or espresso. Once ready stir in lavender syrup and Ashwagandha.
  2. Steam or froth the almond milk creamer and then pour over coffee. Garnish with dried lavender.

CALMING TURMERIC GOLDEN MILK LATTE

MAKES 2 LATTES

NUTRITION INFORMATION FOR 2 LATTES (1 SERVING): 1g fat, 29g carbs (0g fiber, 29g sugar), 0g protein, 0mg cholesterol, 149mg sodium, 85mg potassium

DIRECTIONS
  1. Add all latte ingredients to a blender and pulse for 10 to 15 seconds, until combined.
  2. Add mixture to a stainless steel pot and warm on low to medium heat, until heated to desired temperature.
  3. Remove from heat and pour into a mug. Use an electric milk frother to create a latte consistency, if desired.
