Whole food iron wins
I just starting taking this supplement 2 days ago and I noticed an improvement in my energy. I don't feel as lethargic. I am looking forward to continued progress with long term usage. In addition I love that it is organic whole food iron. It also did not upset my stomach.

Great product
I could barely get out bed and kept wanting to call out of work and my workouts were terrible after 2 weeks of using my heart rate is much better and sleeping better. I thought i had a terminal disease but not I feel like my old self! Highly recommend
