Seems like a good multivitamin for the price. I typically only take 1 a day or take my 2nd pill at lunch if I remember. Even with taking with a meal and hydrating I still end up with neon green urine which leads me to believe a lot of it is just getting flushed out and not absorbed.

Be aware it has 50 mg of B6. That is 2940% the daily intake. Thats a high dose that can potentially be problematic taken over time.

A good product that works for me!
I took this natural T supplement and am happy w the results. You need to take it for 2/3 weeks daily before you feel any significant dif. My afternoon crashes have gone away and I have a little extra juice to get me thru the early evening. Highly recommend trying a bottle to see if this can help anyone regain energy due to lower T levels.

The magnesium is listed as magnesium oxide, is this not as effective as magnesium malate, citrate or glycinate for absorption?

  Depending on how you feel, you may just want to take (1) a day; however, taking (1) at two different times should work quite well.

I see that this product contains Green Tea Extract (50mg). Does this mean that there is caffeine in this multi-vitamin? If so, how much?

  Grant, this is a Vitamin Shoppe product. You should be able to contact them and get an answer. In trying to find an answer for you, I typed "How much caffeine in green tea extract" into the search bar. Got a lot of answers. I would suggest you do this and try to sort through to arrive at maybe what will be a consensus. I have glaucoma and I did have to stop all products will caffeine as it raised by eye pressure a few numbers. Joan

  Green tea in it's pure form has much less caffeine than coffee and even other teas. Now I have no idea what maybe included in the extract or how concentrated. You would have to ask the manufacturer. My guess would be that if there was detectable levels of caffeine in the pill they would be obligated to disclose that information .

  The container says "NO Wheat, Gluten, Salt, Dairy, Fish, Preservatives, Artificial Colors or Flavors Added." Yeah, but I don't know if not "added" means it contains no Glutens. I would suggest calling Vitamin Shoppe (sorry, this textbox doesn't allow me to enter their number; you can find it on any bottle of theirs).

  The only ingredients in this product are bentonite clay and purified water. It contains no grain of any kind so there would be no gluten.

  Sadly, NO. It contains Animal (Bovine-derived) Magnesium Stearate. Think "steer", cow, bull...etc Most unfortunate, and cruel, that most supplements here use non-vegan, Vegetable-based Stearic Acid or Magnesium Stearate. Unless SPECIFIED DISTINCTLY.

When I get to the checkout screen, both the Men's and Women's Multivitamins show a warning about containing chemicals known to cause cancer, reproductive harm, or birth defects.
