Directions

Add two (2) scoops (40 g) of plnt protein powder to 8-12 fl. oz. of cold water. Stir or blend until smooth.

DON'T DO IT!
This has to have been one of THE worst protein shakes I've ever had in my life! The texture is gritty with a nasty aftertaste. I tried it with just water, water and ice blended, water with frozen strawberries blended, water with frozen strawberries and strawberry purée blended and each of those variations with almond milk. This is to show I gave this ample chances to work for me. Everytime it stayed gritty, chalky, THICK and left an overwhelming aftertaste. Never again! I implore those who can to save their money and try an alternative protein powder by any means necessary! I should have requested a refund after the first try was so disappointing.

Easy on the stomach. No bloating. I love the vanilla and will be buying the chocolate. Not gritty. I mix with water or almond milk.

Organic plant protein
Plnt Protein powder, blends up very well no matter what you add to! Tastes great. My favorite is the Chocolate! This does have a bit more sodium than I care for. But I also don't consume a lot of salt on a reg or daily basis. I have used with water and unsweetened almond milk and both taste good.

Honest Review
I'm not really sure why there are a select number of people bashing this product. I went vegan for a year when I started dating my ex-girlfriend who was a hardcore vegan. My goal was to keep up with my gains and muscle mass while cutting out my regular protein powder.

I picked up the original formula of this protein powder before the switch to the new formula and new packaging. A year later my ex and I split up, and I went back to a regular diet incorporating animal products. I chose to go back to this product because of how much I liked it. Even with the new formula, I continue to pick this over other protein powders, and a lot of people I know do as well.

Honestly, there is not that much of a difference in the flavor. Not to mention, it doesn't taste like cardboard. The best thing about this protein powder is the BCAA's and the EAA's. I took a break from using it because I was traveling and when I picked it back up, within a day the BCAA's and EAA's TRANSFORMED my skin elasticity and purity as an added bonus. Most protein powders mess up people's skin/cause hormonal acne etc. This one does the opposite. Not to mention, the increase in muscle mass is a given plus.

I really do recommend this product. For the people that actually take the time to read these, I felt that it was only right for me to vouch for a product that I genuinely believe in and support. I really wouldn't be taking the time to write this detailed of a review for no reason.

Good choice
Personally I love the flavor! Not too sweat and I don't mind that "chalky" taste not that bad like reviews are saying. I'm sensitive to a lot of protein products and make my stomach hurt, this one does not!

Not nearly as good as its predecessors
Not sure why the Meal Replacement powder was discontinued...overall it was some of the best on the market. The original version of the protein powder was great, as well. This product doesn't do either of those justice. Ended up finally landing on Orgain as a replacement but will keep my fingers crossed that Vitamin Shoppe R&D sees the light.

Tastes okay, but not same ingredients as Meal Replacement
This is better than the other plant protein drinks I've tried since PLNT Meal Replacement powder was discontinued. I really miss the Meal replacement. I had that for breakfast everyday for years. It actually had food products in it-vegetables and fruit. And it made me feel full until lunch. Great for keeping my weight under control. This protein powder is just that-protein. It tastes okay, but I feel hungry mid morning. I wish you would bring back the meal replacement.

Nope!
Hate the taste of the new formula. I've been drinking this shake for years. Now I can't even get myself to drink one serving. Maybe this new one is more like their original "meal replacement" formula and not their "plant protein" formula that I would buy? Whatever it is, there is only one formula option and not the 2 options that they had before. I just want my original plant protein powder back.
