Forskolin is an extract derived from the Coleus plant. Pretty much worthless
Took for a month while working out regularly. I have a scale that measures body fat. Zero change. Took religiously as recommended.

Tests show product is for men
I purchased this product for myself. I wish AI had done more research first. Tests done say it works a little for men, but no change for women. I gave it to my boyfriend, who isnt too good at taking two a day, so no results so far

Definitely MOVES the bowels!
When I eat a bit on the unhealthy side, I take the forskolin to help aid in getting the bad stuff out of my system and it totally works!

Best Answer:  I love The Hair Skin and Nails supplement from this company, but I can't say that I love this product. It doesn't seem to have done much for me and I'm halfway through the bottle. I'll finish taking it, but I don't hold out much hope. I'm over 50 and I think my metabolism has just slowed down.

I saw the advertising from Gwen Stefani for this product, but want to get it locally & try it first, & not go on an automatic monthly replenish. I need to lose lots of weight. Will this help?

Best Answer:  I tried it and it's not helping at all. I'm over 50 and my metabolism has slowed, I think. I don't overeat and I exercise regularly (walking 30 minutes per day), but I can't lose 10 lbs. no matter how hard I try. I love the hair, skin and nails supplement from this company, but this product isn't anything to brag about.
