Delicious Relief!
we tried this for my 95 yo mom who has a long run of laxatives, ducolax, mag sulfate, mag citrate etc.We hate to give her all those harsh treatments. It is nice to have this natural Kiwi delicious pills that we give her now(second time=second successful result!)--we make a paste from figs, raisins and prunes, give her a few spoons of that with two KIWI pills. BRAVO. so happy to find this

Gets things moving.
Lastnight was the 2nd night I took 2 of these. They taste great first off. For the 2nd day I had a bm more than once. That's significant because for the past 9 months that I've been on zepbound (whichs slows gastric emptying) and I've been lucky if I have a bm twice a week. Those bms have been a struggle too, things don't move, it's very uncomfortable. I have been taking a daily stool softener and fiber, I've also tried miralax which stopped working, magnesium laxatives and the other stimulant laxatives with only 1 or if I'm lucky 2 bms a week.
