I want a daily vitamin for my age and something that has the replacement supplements that I do not get from my food intake.
I needed a kosher multivitamin for men. This had plenty of vitamins and minerals. It also had only a small amount of weird stuff like Sal Palmetto (or whatever it's called).
Got these for my boyfriend, who generally "doesn't like taking pills." We both eat cleanly, I take appropriate supplements and THIS way, since it's only ONE, he's agreeable to "taking a vitamin" on occasion.
