It's Solid
I think many people go into this product as a sleep aid- it's not. It's testosterone support with a little bit of melatonin to help promote better sleep but the product is a simple ZMA formula designed to help your body stay in an anabolic state, so if you're not working out while using this product it's a waste. Having said that, I do feel some decent improvements in my testosterone, energy, libido, and strength. I've used ZMA products in the past but the little melatonin in this one helps me sleep so that I recover from workouts and training. It's not the most superior product but it works. Would like to see some probate support in the formula too.

Starts strong but wanes.
It initially was quite effective at helping me to get a better nights sleep. Am not sure if there is a lapse in standard as most recent supply has not been hardly at all. Or perhaps my body has adapted to it in which case perhaps like some other Nugenix products, recommends cycling on/off.

Best yet
After trying a full bottle of Optimum Nutrition ZMA and BodyTech I decided to try this product and compare after a few weeks. I will say this is the only ZMA that gives me a nice sleep and a stronger sex drive. The other ones I tried didn't have the same affect. Every one is different but this works for me.

Impaired Sleep
I wanted to try a Testosterone supplement, but I also have poor sleep. Thought this might be a good solution. It delayed sleep onset by 60 to 90 minutes and sleep was fitful. I use a sleep monitor to track my sleep and saw a significant drop in sleep quality readings. I saw no other improvement from the product and stopped taking it after a few days.

this really does work, and it dose help you go to sleep
And it does help you go to sleep within 60 Minutes of taking this medicine you will get a good night's rest wake up totally recharged and refreshed and ready to go. , for example with me I lost about 60 pounds of fat and gained about 30 to 35 pounds of lean muscle back, plus I take the normal Nugenix during I'm so Eugenics during the day and I do the Nugenix p.m. at night I am 40 years old and starting to feel about 23 to 25 years of age it's pretty nice to have energy stamina and the drive to want to work
