Directions

Apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily.

Love this product!

I'm on my 3rd bottle now! I love that it's a spray and I can get the area of my back that hurts sometimes.
I also love that it helps my neck pain so well. It goes on clear without leaving an oil residue or any colors that can stain your clothes. It also feels cool and doesn't smell bad. I am able to spray it on my neck and go to work.
I have Spondylosis in my neck and this has really helped me.

Surprisingly effective

Pretty solid, helped me post workout. Goes on clean, gives a lingering cooling effect and smells pretty decent also.
