Helps digest and heal acid reflux
Many years ago a doctor told me to take Hcl for my acid reflux. Honestly I didn't believe that it would work but to my surprise it did. He had explained that even though it seems you have too much acid it is just the opposite you have too little acid to digest your food. It works and all you need is one. Also antibiotics and oily foods remove stomach acid so this does help
