Great vitamins, but hard to find these days...
Been using these vitamins for a few years and absolutely love them, but they're getting harder and harder to find it seems. So glad that Vitamin Shoppe had a bottle on the shelf, and hope they continue to stock them!

Caution High B6
Do not recommend it unless you are aware of the risk. B6 is unfortunately not regulated in the US. The 75mg pyridoxine HCI (B6) was far too high for me and caused me to have B6 poisoning. Nerve damage is no joke.

I've been taking Solgar's Male multivitamin for 5 years. When I was diagnosed diabetic, I met with a family friend who is a licensed nutritionist. She gave me a list of vitamins & minerals w/dosages & told me to find one that came the closest to providing them all. After a long search, I found Solgar in my grocery store. It has everything she recommended. Solgar male multivitamins are a regular part of my diet & my health maintenance.

Husband loves them
My middle-aged husband takes these religiously every day and says they are the best vitamins he's found. They can be pricey, but he feels they are worth it.
