Got me back to good
I'm 70 and had a total hysterectomy done years ago. I've tried many different products to get my hormones back to normal. This product surprisingly makes my body work more normally again. My weight is normalizing. I'm gaining muscle back again.
My hair is thicker like it used to be. Couldn't be more pleased with this product.

it works for me!
I'm an almost 51-year-old female and I've been using this product for about three weeks, and I bought this product because of the reviews. Well, I only take one tablet each morning and right away I noticed the hot flashes had diminished and after about two weeks my sleep pattern has gotten back to normal ( was staying up past 1 a.m. and having to be up by 5 a.m. for work) and also my energy level.

So I'm back to strength training and lots of hiking. In fact last week my sister and friend said I was torturing them on a three-hour hike in the hills near where we live, and I had been out there a couple other times during that week.

Male breast development
I am a Male-to-female transgender person who is slowly transitioning to female. I started using this product about 10 months ago as an alternative to using hormone therapy. The results have been slow but effective. I have gone from being completely flat chested to having A cup breasts, or perhaps a little larger. I now manage a credible bosom with a bra. Other effects have been more subtle. I feel more emotionally balanced and content. Also, my metabolism is more in balance.

Hot Flash Be Gone
I Was at a health food store looking for Black Cohosh, since I was told it was great for hot flashes, but needed to look for something else since black cohosh is not good for people with high blood pressure, which I have. The wonderful clerk introduced me to PM Phytogen complex and it has worked like magic no more hot flashes, not even a warm flushing. I would recommend to anyone that need this hormonal balance without going with full on HRT route (Hormone Replacement Therapy).

It definitely works
I take this once a day and my symptoms disappeared in about a week. I was not sleeping the hot flashes were all day sweats and at night it was awful. I feel so much better. I get nothing now.

Works like a charm
Dr. Christine Northrup recommended this on her website. I used it for several months, all my symptoms stopped. I quit taking it and they all came back. So, I'm back for more. They made the transition bearable. Once I got it in my system I was able to cut back to one a day.

Great stuff
I am a 47 year woman who has been battling the symptoms of menapause. I already get hot and sweaty at work,but adding hot flashes at weird times of the day and night was aweful. I've been taking the pm phytogen complex for 2 months and i haven't had any symptoms since the 1st week. This stuff is great and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Recommended for Anti-Aging
I have noticed significant changes in the decline of my aging. At Age 51 it is noticible and these tablets work great for slowing the decline.

Best Answer:  The article I read about it (in the HSI newsletter) indicated that it is beneficial for men and women, but the label (at the time I bought it) indicated that it's a women's supplement, so I (male) never tried it.

Can I take this product also with prescription estradiol such as "Estrogel"? I am still having a few hot flashes and don't want to up my dose of Estrogel, so I am wondering if adding this may help me even out.

I have read some interesting things about Thai kudzu and think it probably supports overall health in women in middle and late middle age.

I see that everyone is taking this for hot flashes, but does this work the other symptoms of menopause as well? I don't have any hot flashes but I have a lot of the other syptoms.

Best Answer:  As recommended by Dr Christianne Northrup, this is a wonderfully balancing herbal formula. It really does work to calm all symptoms of hormonal imbalance. I take one AM and one PM as she directs. Really good stuff!

Best Answer:  I've had none. I started taking it after hearing Dr. Christiane Northrup mention it repeatedly on her radio show. She did not mention any side effects, she indicated it was very safe.

I have been using this product for two weeks and noticed some slight improvements until today. I have been having intense hot flashes about every two - three hours. I have not missed any doses. What is going on? Should I take this with other menopause products to make it work more effectively?

Best Answer:  You need to take it for up to two months for the full effect. I have been taking 2 every morning for over 10 years and it still works great! I ran out once or twice during that time and waited to see what would happen. I started getting more flashes in about two weeks. I take no other products except the herb Relora- it helps support mood and also works for me and my husband when he gets ornery.

Best Answer:  I think it helps some. I am worse hot/hot flashes if I don't take it. I am 53 and have had hotness for about three years. I used to be cold all the time. Such is life being female. I may not being taking enough of it, but it is expensive so I take one tab per day at night before bed. Air conditioning and fans have become my friends. Do some research on Black Cohosh, I have read that you can only take it for about 3 months and then you have to go off of it. I forget why.

Best Answer:  I use this product as does a coworker of mine and it works. If did not work for my sister. Also, your heart palpitations may be a lack of magnesium. Check with a health professional to confirm.
