About This Product

Supports muscle growth, athletic performance, and post-workout recovery. Vital Aminos from Momentous blends all nine essential amino acids—as well as four additional amino acids—to support muscle protein synthesis, exercise recovery, and endurance. This formula can be used pre-, intra-, or post-workout to help boost physical performance and overall metabolic health. What are EAAs? Essential amino acids (EAAs) are amino acids that the body can’t produce enough of on its own, including leucine, isoleucine, valine, histidine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, and tryptophan. Great supplement!

Over months of regular daily use, I have found this supplement to be an invaluable addition to my recovery and performance supplementations, especially because of the high content of all essential ammino acids (plus extras) and its positive impact on protein synthesis without adding extra calories.

Not good

I bought this a while ago, finally got around to trying it. Not sure what the flavor is, but it certainly isn't Tropical Punch. Waaaaay too sweet. I added a significant amount of water beyond the directions, still just very strong sweet flavor. Leaves a weird aftertaste in my mouth also. It's edible, but you won't like it. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
