Mix 2 scoops (9g) of Essential Amino Energy in 10-12 fl oz of cold water. For 30 seconds, mix until dissolved.

Do not consume caffeine from other sources while taking this product as too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasionally rapid heartbeat. Beta-alanine may cause a harmless, temporary tingling or flushing sensation. Do not combine with alcohol. Do not exceed 6 scoops within any 4 hour period or 8 scoops within any 24 hour period. Consume as part of a healthy diet and exercise program and drink at least 100 fl oz of water per day. exercise may increase your need for fluid intake. Ehh......
Even when I use the maximum recommended dose along with two cups of coffee, I just don't get the energy boost I have gotten from other products. Does it really contain the ingredients and/or the amount it claims? I gave it two stars hoping that I am still getting some benefit from the aminos.

Love this flavor. Reminds me of the Bomb Pop popsicle. The red white and blue one. I wish this was sold in stores. My favs are this one, Grape, and Cotton Candy. They give me the right amount of energy. I typically use this just for a pick me up after meals vs. working out. This my "coffee" since I'm not a coffee drinker.
