Great product

I use it in the morning with True Athlete van protein powder the. With just water in the evening. I love the taste with the protein and the spice taste with just water, it's not overly sweet and it keeps me going.

Strawberry Lemonade

Subtle energy. Doesn't hit as hard as a pre-workout mix, which is nice for my wife and also before a cardio workout. Also seems to mitigate appetite. You can mix this in partial/smaller doses with your water intake throughout the day.
