Directions

As a dietary supplement take 1 capsule of PX 1 to 2 times daily. Take 1st capsule of PX immediately upon waking. Take 2nd capsule 6 hours later. Do not consume more than 2 servings daily.

Energy Booster and Craving Squasher

Wow! Crazy energy so hang on.
Wow! I made the mistake of trying my first capsule around 6pm and was wide awake until 2am. Don't take in the evening unless you're planning to be wide awake for half of the night. Took another pill around 8am and feel like I could run a marathon.

Warning: Make sure that you have plans to DO something after you take the product. You will get an insane boost of energy, chills, and sweat so do something to help balance the side effects out like cardio etc.

Love It! Just have a restroom nearby
This gives me good happy calm energy immediately, and lasts throughout the whole day. Taking the 2 capsules was too much energy for me, as I can't have stimulants after 1pm or I can't sleep. I stayed up all night the 1st time as you are supposed to take the 2nd capsule 6 hours after waking up... So I just take 1 capsule now, and I still have energy and focus all day, but I sleep perfectly fine. It also boosts my mood! I love this stuff! The only downside is that I use the restroom all the time. Taking 1 of the pills reduced that, but I still go all the time. So I just skip my fiber supplement... Anyways, I am finally losing weight again, after trying this supplement. It reduces my appetite, and powers me through my workouts. I do get hot and sweaty, but it's not uncomfortable. No jitters or shakes. I will buy it again!

STRONG STUFF!

I'm what many might call a fairly average build guy. And I've had a variety of energy boost options over the years. This stuff is strong. If you're at all sensitive to caffeine, I don't recommend this product. However, if you can tolerate the jolt, it seems to work. I've been getting some results combining this product with eating right. Caffeine has NEVER bothered me, but this stuff does give you some shakes. I've found that if I actually DO SOMETHING 20-30 mins after taking it, I don't notice the effect as much. Can be anything - working outside, walking, running, even cleaning the house. But if you're sitting there -- watch out.

ok VERY STRONG PEOPLE this i took at 10 am and waited for the energy it starts after 30 minutes i had all day energy and mental focus everything it is a great workout supplement and i lasted all day long i usually take mid day naps but this NO NAPPING and no crash just make sure you eat with it very good product!!!!

My prewokout energy pill!
I love this product because it helps me push through with my workouts and you dont crash after. But it is strong though, so if you take this and your’e not doing anything or just lying in bed, you will feel its effects.

Horrible
I received a free sample of PX Pro Xanthine in my GNC Pro Box.

Almost immediately, I was hot, sweating, shaking, and having involuntary muscle spasms. 30 minutes later I had diarrhea and my intestines seemed to turn into a racetrack. I spent the next hour trying very hard not to vomit while having diarrhea. I tried eating in an attempt to lessen the effects, but that made it worse and caused abdominal pains. I kept sipping cold water to try and regulate my body temp and stop sweating. After about another hour of this hell, I was freezing cold, shivering, and lightheaded. Finally, the side effects started to subside, but I was left feeling weak, tired, and still lightheaded with stomach cramps. I don't know how people can take this. I'm a regular black coffee drinker - 4 cups every morning - and I've also taken stimulants and weight loss drugs prescribed by my doctor, but I've never experienced anything like this. I guess I can see how this Capsule of Pain and Suffering would help you lose weight, because you will have diarrhea, vomiting, and absolutely no desire to eat because your stomach and intestines won't stop contracting like they are trying to expel a baby. Consider yourself warned. :(

Best Answer:  It doesn't do a lot for my appetite. Might make me eat like I have sense at best. HOWEVER, great energy. I suggest we take one upon waking, getting dressed and running out the house. I notice when i take it and sit at the computer, I just get a lot of work done, nothing physical, except typing, and calling, etc. But when I get up and do something, I go all in, like a workout before I know what hits me.

In short, take and get dressed to go to the gym or jogging or anywhere but home.

I was told that you can consistently take this supplement beyond the 45days. I've used mine consistently since February, but never take more than 2 in any given day. I haven't experienced any adverse effects, and use in combination with alc/cla. Hope this helps.
