Directions

For experienced users, mix 2 scoops of HECTIC PREWORKOUT with 12oz (350ml) of cold water in a shaker bottle, and consume immediately. Otherwise, mix 1 scoop with 6oz (180ml) of water. Do not exceed 2 scoops per day.
