The pill is big and hard to swallow. If you taking it with food it'll give you nausea. Other than that it's fine.

Only prenatal I could keep down. Great ingredients!
I've taken these with all 3 of my kids. Currently still taking them 5 months post partum with baby #3. I had hypermesis with all 3 of them so getting a pill I could actually keep down was extremely difficult, especially one that was all natural and not filles with all the crap like gummies have. I did a lot of research on all the "natural" type of prenatals. Most you have to take 2-3x a day so this one is WELL worth the money for 1x a day pill. I usually take after breakfast with or without food and im fine with it. Highly recommend!! This brand is one of the best!

My absolute favorite vitamin!!
I used this vitamin throughout my pregnancy and I will continue to use it while I breastfeed.
