Don't waste your money.
I would give this a zero if I could. I love their powders and cereal. I got them for BOGO and they were awful. They taste stale.

Tastes stale. Bar should crunch like a KitKat bar but it's too soft. Texture and flavor just aren't good. I love most ghost stuff but they dropped the ball

Good taste, great texture, good value
As someone who hasn't had protein bars, this protein bar is great. Something you should know is that it's 12 packs of 2 bars, so it's 24 smaller sized bars, so if you don't need the entire serving size, you can save the other half for later comfortably. It isn't the strongest flavor, but it's pleasant. The texture of the bar is where it shines. I'm an extremely picky eater, so if anyone wants someone credible, I'm that guy. To be honest, the people writing the one star reviews must be sick because there is an obvious flavor.

Terrible bars. Tastes awful and not at all what I've come to expect from Ghost. Avoid these unless they change everything about them. Buy any other bar and you'll be better off

Terrible bars. Awful flavor (barely tastes like anything). Not at all on the level of what I've come to expect from Ghost. Super disappointed in these. I can't think of a bar that tastes worse. If I could give 0 stars I would.
