I have a hard time swallowing big pills so how big are these pills? I can swallow pills that are about the size of a Skittle or M&M'S if that helps.

Best Answer:  I am not expecting and I have been using this for quite a while now (close to a year maybe). I discovered that it has the exact same ingredients as one of Nordic Naturals other (non-prenatal) formulas minus the strawberry flavoring which is what I didn't like. So I stopped using the strawberry flavored one and started using this one.

Why this prenatal doesn’t have folic acid . Do I need to take it separate then??

Best Answer:  This prenatal supplement only has omega-3s & vitamin D3 in it. You would need to take a separate supplement that has folate in it.

Best Answer:  I purchased 2 bottles in February. I'll be finishing the first soon and starting on the second. As long as you don't open all three, there should be no problem in buying multiple bottles.

Best Answer:  It is not certified as kosher or advertised as such but the source of DHA comes from sardines and anchovies which may fit under the accordance of certain kosher practices.
