Best Answer:  I have used this product for a few years. I love it! I do take it with my multivitamin... for two reasons. I need the extra B's because my doctor told me the medication I take metabolizes B's quickly (plus I am a runner) and since it is water soluble, what my body doesn't need at the time it will excrete out. I have used other products in between if I run out of Vitamin Code and I do notice a difference. The way Vitamin Code is made from real food I believe that is the reason this is such a great product!
