Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a heart, vessel or blood pressure condition; or if you have a thyroid disorder; or if you are taking beta-blockers (e.g. propranolol) or the calcium channel blockers (e.g. Diltiazem); or if you are taking acetylcholinesterase inhibitors; or if you have coagulation disorders and/or are at risk for bleeding or are taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication; or if you are taking prescription medications; or if you have a seizure disorder; or if you have liver or kidney disease; or if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma, and/or overactive bladder syndrome (detrusor instability). If you experience dizziness, weakness, muscle cramping, heart palpitations, hypertension, increased sweating, blurry vision and/or gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or excessive salivation, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Discontinue use if gastrointestinal discomfort, headache and/or skin rash appear. Caffeine has been shown to reduce blood flow to the heart muscle during exercise which might lead to cardiovascular complications such as chest pain, and irregular heartbeat even in healthy individuals. If those symptoms occur, stop use and consult a health care practitioner. This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. Avoid taking with health products or foods that contain caffeine and/or increase blood pressure (e.g. medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, mate, bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, ephedra, ephedrine). Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Store in a cool, dry place. Store in well-closed containers at room temperature. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
