In a shaker, mix 2 scoops in 8 oz. (1 cup) of ice cold water. Increase or decrease water to adjust intensity. Take before training. New users should assess tolerance with 1 scoop daily before leveling up to 2 scoops.

The best go-to pre-workout!
My new go-to pre-workout! The Fruit Punch flavor is amazing, and it gives me a great energy boost without the jitters. I love how it helps me work toward my lean muscle goals.

High Quality Ingredients and Great Taste
Great product with quality ingredients. I use this daily as part of my morning routine. Just the right amount of caffeine for a small boost of energy. I occasionally will take it in the afternoon in place of a snack and/or afternoon coffee and it provides a similar needed energy boost to get through an after work training session. The product has helped me to lose and keep off about 20 lbs of excess fat over the past three years. I prefer the Fruit Punch taste to the Orange Gummy bears, but that is just preference.
