Each serving of Iron + Herbs from Floradix contains 10mg of gentle-to-digest, easily absorbed iron from ferrous gluconate, plus vitamin C, essential B complex vitamins, nutritional yeast, and herbal extracts to help you live your best life.

Directions

Adults (12 and over): 10 mL (mark on cap) twice daily. Children (4-11years old): 10 mL (mark on cap) once daily. Shake bottle before using. Take approx. 30 min before meals.

Change back to original brand
Need to go back to the older brand, and I dont luke the new brand. The 1st brand you can actually smell the vitamins. Too me this new version doesn't seemed stronger and do not like that taste. Floridix please go back to the original brand

Life-changing product. I HAD low iron and trouble sleeping. After using this product for months my iron levels improved. My energy is at an all-time high. I've been able to sleep throughout the night too. The product doesn't have a bitter taste and goes down easily. I highly recommend Floradix.

Very Impressed!!!!
Just purchased today because I had been feeling sluggish and very tired lately. I had only taken 7ml and I feel 10x better than I have ever felt in a while. It taste like Orange Juice and is very flavorful . I definitely will purchase more bottles because it is definitely worth it.

I need to take 200 mg of iron each day. How does that convert to this product, how many tsps.?

I was told by my Doctor I am a little low in iron and should take an iron supplement. The Floradix Iron + Herbs looks great to take. I am suppose to take an iron supplement twice a day for 1 month. So if I buy the 8.5 Fluid oz. bottle (FL-1007) will this last me for an entire month?

Best Answer:  My husband takes iron supplements for iron deficiency anemia. His physician checks him every 6 months to be sure his rbc & ferratin levels are being maintained--3 years now. According to the Dr., it may take up to 6 months to restore your iron levels, then based on your condition, you may or may not have to continue with supplemental iron. Hope this helps you.

Best Answer:  The taste is not good but this helped me with my low iron levels when pregnant and didn't have the other negative side effect of iron pills. You can mix it with OJ to make it more palatable.

Best Answer:  I found it very gentle to use. It didn't give me digestion problems that other iron supplements have. It's always good to find out what your iron levels are before taking iron. When my iron levels were super low this supplement was not enough. I switched to feosol with bifera.

my iron is extremely low, and everyone is different, so how do you know how much to take? And would i need more than suggested since my iron is so low? can you take more than the prescribed amount?

Best Answer:  Your Dr. would best prescribe how much to take as iron is absorbed differently and some foods can effect absorption. My husband was taking about 75mg of iron daily for iron deficiency anemia. Iron is very constipating and can also be toxic taken in very high doses. Floridix is easy to take, has a non constipating formula (plant based), directions is 1-10 ml dose 2 x daily (20 mg) taken 30 min before meals.
