They are helping
My 17 and 15 yr olds are both taking them daily and say they are feeling more balanced and energized throughout the day. They are easy to swallow and don't have any aftertaste.

The most complete teen vitamin
The most complete teen vitamin I have found and the best part is my teenager is not complaining when taking it. Is a descent size pill to swallow. She has been taking it for 3 months and she definitely has more energy. We are very happy.

Great immune building
It's difficult to find a multivitamin for teens with any iron in it and we tried several before landing on these for the past 5 months. Her immune system has been great and she didn't have any side effects. We started with one daily for a few months first to see how she responded before increasing to 2. With any iron supplementation make sure their iron is being tested. Will continue to use this.
