Directions

Adults take 4 capsules daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner, with 8 ounces of water or your favorite beverage. May be taken with or without food.

Nothing has EVER worked until now!
I don't write reviews but I am AMAZED by the way my hair is growing. I have been using them religiously for two months. I am 49 and perimenopausal and on HRT. My hair was really thinning and losing density. It has grown at least 4 inches and I have tons of new growth. I hope it works as well for my husband because I'm putting him on it now, at his request. The growth really took off on the late second month. People are actually commenting on how it got so long so quickly.

Amazing
Between aging and a loss in vitmains and nutrients from dietary changes, I needed some temporary support to help get my hair and scalp back to healthy while I made the necessary lifestyle changes to maintain it. Be Careful!
Something in this product DEFINITELY did not agree with my hair! I couldn't find the hair supplement I was taking, do gave this a try. My hair became SUPER dry and brittle and fell out by handfuls! I stopped taking it before finishing a bottle. The shedding has slowed down quite a bit and I am treating my hair for the dryness and brittleness. I am back on my old hair supplement. Now, I just need to regrow 1/2 of my hair!!! Insee my doctor in two weeks to discuss.

Just purchased
So I just purchased because I have a lot of hair loss from the gastric sleeve and COVID hair.
I put 3 stars because of taste and how much you need to consume.
I really hate pills and you have to take 4 of them so what I do is take 2 and wait later in the day and then take another 2. I can tell you the taste and smell are disgusting. That's just me I have a very sensitive nose and I try to hold my breath swallowing them. So I hope I can stick with it because I'm tired of brushing my hair and getting in the shower to see all the hair coming out is scary. I don't know how long it will take to see the results but I'm cutting my hair in a few days so maybe that will help me to determine whether they are working or not. Lord willing this will help with my hair loss but it definitely has me going to the bathroom which I'm okay with cause with the gastric sleeve that is a problem.

Good ingredients!
All the best ingredients as much more expensive brands. It is difficult to take 4 capsules a day and the smell is hard to stand otherwise I would keep buying.

Less hair loss, stronger shinier healthier hair.
