Great sleep quality
I do like this product a lot, but it makes me extremely drowsy and almost dizzy feeling after taking it (almost as if I was drunk). I had not heard that from anyone before, so I may just be sensitive to it. But I take 2 capsules and within about 30 minutes I am ready for bed and I sleep VERY soundly. I am used to waking up numerous times throughout the night so it has helped my sleep quality tremendously. I would caution others to start with one pill at first if they are concerned about the dizziness.

Taking kicked off my full recovery
I wasn't making any headway with workouts and my trainer recommended this. It immediately helped with sleep and overall wellness. As it turns out, I was veritably depleted of Zinc and B6. I guess prolonged stress of any kind can do that to many people.

Now, I recommend this to anyone who has had prolonged periods of stress. If it helps, great! If not, trying hasn't hurt anything.

I've used ZMA before with good results. This product adds theanine and that is what kicks the desired effect up a notch from the others.

DO NOT USE. Can get permanent brain damage
i took 15 milligrams of zinc and just 20 milligrams of epsom salt (magnesium, almost nothing),,, after 6 months got panic attacks for the first time in my life. 6 years i have felt nothing from beer or sex, and no longer get runners high from jogging, also i have twitching in my neck that i didn't have before ....and that was less zinc and magnesium than this product

I'm sold on this product, seriously.
I'm sold on this brand. Prior USMC, formerly very active, now a father of 3, much less active. Taken ZMA and off for a decade. Old brand kept changing forumla and just flopped. Been taking this for the better part of 2 months and sold. I started taking it for better recovery on short sleep. Had a few other brands and never impressed after a month, but I'm sold. Not only have I been less sore, and worn out after getting up with kids; I've been considerably more active lately, and I've dropped 25 lbs because of that. Not directly from the ZMA, but the recovery boost for more quality sleep, feeling refreshed and seriously increased l****o effect. On the note, my wife rate this product better than marriage counseling after the dramatic change in bedroom habits.
Like all ZMAs don't take before you go to bed, take it AS you go to bed or it tends to backfire.
I personally have never written a review of a supplement but I'm seriously sold. Lost over 25 lbs, and had some lifting gains because of this product, or side effects of it in 2 months. Just from this product and a multivitamin (and a hand full of protein shakes since I'm trying to embrace the changes from finding a personal drive partial attributed to taking this)

Best sleep I've had in months!
I tried this for the 1st time last night as part of a new stack I purchased to go along with the Kre-Alkalyn. I'm usually up several times a night, mainly potty breaks, but with this I slept like a baby(minus the wet bed) and woke up feeling minimal soreness considering I had a brutal back and tire flipping train session last night. I will definitely continue to use this product as well as suggest it to those having trouble sleeping thru the night!

Does not work (at least for me)
Bought this supplement for the benefit of sleeping well at night. Have insomnia for years. Tried other supps as well. But none of them worked, including this zma with theanine. I'm writing this review now coz im upset that this doesn't work for me, and its 3:23 am as im writing this review. Been taking it for like over a week now and nothing happens. For muscle and recovery? I doubt l! since i can't Sleep, it means im losing gains and recovey is altered. So buy on your own risk. This is my own experience not effective at all.

It didn't help me sleep
A body builder friend suggested I try this because it help regenerated muscle and it help aide in sound sleep. I don't know about the muscles but it didn't aid me in sleeping.
