I take this product daily, 3oz is recommended but I take only 1oz and during the evenings (Im 130 lb male). I did not feel anyting immediately, it wasnt until a week later I noticed more energy, a better mood and attitude.
It is recommended to take on an empty stomach in the mornings, but i take it after dinner.
I will definitely purchase often.

I'm on my third bottle and started taking it because of the really bad low back and hip pain that is present when I get up in the morning. This stuff works fantastic in reducing and eliminating inflammation but the other benefits include: regulates your bowels, gives you more energy, regulates blood sugar and just in short makes you feel more vibrant. I think it taste great but it does make you pucker up after the last swallow. If you read up on Nopal juice you see it's been around for ages and used by the American Indians for all sorts of health issues but mainly to keep the body in a healthy state.

I love this juice. I use it to help lubricate my knees and the taste is great.I have this horrible tasting medicine and I mix it with this juice and I can't even taste it(the medicine) after I mix it. It's wonderful. This has been a miracle cause nothing else has worked to help that and my knees. Yeah!

Nopal Juice has helped to reduce my chronic inflammation and seems to detoxify my body. I didn't realize how much it was helping me until I stopped using it and some of the swelling returned. It helps to increase my energy level a little too. Nice and natural feeling & works well with other natural treatments in my opinion.

Took a shot of Nopal juice with one shot Udos oil.
In two weeks I was able to pull the rope on my lawn mower and start it myself. Hasnt been done in two years. Sisters RA is being relieved, also two weeks. She is thrifty dollar wise and didnt think twice about buying this product again.

I had been bothered with pain in the leg and no energy. I have been drinking Nopal for 2 weeks now. I am up in the mornings and pain has deminished. It is working so good that I purchased 4 more bottles for my husband and myself. One ounce a day is all it takes. A good product.
