Best Answer:  I hear this is true also and I think it is I will be buying for this very reason for my girlfriend.I have heard it can kill it also and not just block it.I think that the pharmacudical companys dont want people like us to hear this and thats why its not well known.try it I will for my Girl and i wish you luck also.

Is graviola juice helpful in curing prostate cancer ?

Best Answer:  It may be. Current information is conflicting. I would add it to any regimen, but would not rely on it. I would definitely look into Prostate RES and research the benefits of a Vegan diet and Organic vegetable juice regimen like in the Gerson Therapy. RM-10 and Wobenzyme-N would also be on the list of items to heavily consider.
