Directions
Based on taste preference, mix 2-4 ounces of water per serving of Nectar. One scoop, providing 23 GM of protein, 0 GM of fat and 0 GM of sugar, may be mixed with 8-16 ounces of water. Consume the desired number of servings two to three times per day to satisfy your protein requirements. Remember, the best times for supplementing protein are immediately upon rising in the morning, after intense physical activity, such as weight training, and prior to sleep. I loved this carribean cooler the best of all the protein drinks I tried (at least 6 different kinds) I had weight loss surgery recently and trying to find a protein drink I could honestly enjoy has been really hard. Since my favorite alcoholic drink is a pina colada this is a good substitute, since i won't be drinking the real thing anymore.

I was influenced by the reviews to try this flavor. Perhaps I just don't get it, but this had a bitter froth combined with overly sweet liquid. It does turn out that I don't care for any of the Nectars for the same reason. I now have virtually full containers of a product no one in my house will drink. Were it an option, I would give this product no stars.

I have to say the Caribbean Cooler is about the best tasting protein drink I've tried (of at least 6 different kinds).The Vitamin Shoppe recommended this line to me and I have to say I am quite impressed with the quality and taste of it. If you are not used to whey protein drinks they can take a bit getting used to. But this brand is good and I found the Caribbean Cooler is perfect, great taste and not a lot of texture, like I noticed from other drinks. I mix (2) scoops with a 20-ounce bottle of water. I get 46grams of protein! I definitely recommend this brand and if you're looking to get the best bang for your buck in a protein mix.

I have to say that this is the best tasting whey protien shakes I have EVER tasted!!! I was turned onto them by my bariatric surgeon, and I have loved every flavor I have tried so far, except the Carribean Cooler. But only because I don't like coconut. I knew it had it in there, but hoped it would be toned down by the other flavors... If you don't like coconut, don't try this flavor. But defenitely try all the others!!!!!

Being new to the world of protein drinks I needed something that had little or no potassium, cholesterol, sugar and sodium. The Vitamin Shoppe recommended this line to me and I have to say I am quite impressed with the quality and taste of it. If you are not used to whey protein drinks they can take a bit getting used to. But this brand is good and I being a tropical drinks girl found the Caribbean Cooler is perfect. I mix this with the brand Silk plain almond milk and I was really surprised how it still retained its quality. I definately recommend this brand and if you don't like the flavor you can exchange it for another.

I really enjoyed the ease of mixing the drink. it desolves quickly and the flavor was good. I have found if you mix this particular flavor with cold water and crystal light orange sun rise! OMG! incredible.

I have treid several different brands of protein powders and i have to say that I really enjoy the taste of this product. I have also tried the Apple Ecstacy and Roadside Lemonade. I really liked the lemonade. It was a little sweet for me, so I added some lemon juice to it and it was just like having lemonade with no horrible aftertaste! I would highly recommend this brand for anyone who does not like the terrible after taste of the other protein powders.
