No Pain

    I take two capsules every night. This is a must. Swollen joints are becoming normal. I believe that the combination ingredients is extremely helpful and healthful. It's also very important to limit sugars - candies, syrups, as these can cause pain in the joints. Complex Carbs should be eaten with protein and good fat.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
