Finally, I have found a great tasting Protein that still has the great amount of protein that I am looking for! Right when I got home, I opened the box right away and poured a scoop of this with 2% reduced fat milk and shook it up. It probably took 30 seconds to completely mix the powder with the milk; I mixed it using a normal plastic water bottle. I was skeptical when I smelled it, but as I took my first sip, I literally thought I ordered some hot cocoa mix or nesquik. It was that good! I downed the rest of the drink with ease. I am going to use this protein for as long as it is in production. Job well done, Optimum Nutrition.

Based on taste alone, this product did not satisfy me. It is so bland and tasteless. Hopefully, it will get the job done though and get me through those intense workouts and recovery periods. I will definitely go back to CytoSport Muscle Milk when this container is finished.

Best tasting w/milk. W/water it's good too, but you can not over do it w/water, or else you loose the taste of chocolate. Mixes very well. Very affodable. If you're on a diet, and you're counting your macros, this is one of the best proteins to use, since it's low in fats, carbs and calories(even though there's more choices out there with less).

I use this product the morning after my workout during the recovery phase. I used a competitors product up until they changed their formula. This product tasted decent, could be more chocolaty, just use a little less water. Mixes very well in the shaker bottle and at least you don't open the container and it's half empty like other brands.

ON is the only whey I like to use. It's decently priced, tastes good(extreme milk chocolate and double rich chocolate are what i use. I'm sure there are other great flavors, but if it isnt broke dont fix it), and mixes well. It's pretty low calorie per serving, and low fat. what else can you ask for in a whey? I'm sure there are a bunch of other great options out there, but this has been working for me and I will continue to use it.

If you mix it with milk it taste pretty good. This is the first time I used whey protien and it seemed to get me past that 6 week burnout that I always have trouble with.I drink a half glass an hour before I work out then the rest after I work out. Haven't had a lot of problems with after workout soreness either. I am sixty years old so any thing helps.

The first time I had it, it tasted bland. but after i had it a few more times you can distinctly taste the chocolate and mint flavor. I take 2 scoops with 16 or more oz of water and it fills me. Great product will try more flavors after this one
