Directions
Take one (1) capsule daily with or without food, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. The botanical extract in Mega Green Tea Extract has been concentrated and dual standardized to ensure the highest quality, consistency, and biological activity. Each serving contains a small amount of caffeine (max. of 3.6 mg). Since one cup of decaffeinated tea contains at least 9 mg of caffeine, the amount of caffeine in this supplement will most likely not induce a stimulating effect.

Excellent product for antioxident purposes but I don't see it as a dietary aid.It has been a part of my vitamin regimen and I do not really get sick ever and I believe this supplement is part of the reason. This is a very well researched and innovative company and their products attest to that.

In combination with Alpha Lipoic Acid, the Green Tea extract helped with 10 lb of weight loss in 5 weeks on the Slow Carb Diet by Tim Ferris, but you have to commit to eating low glycemic during the week... see The 4 Hour Body. If you are eating lots of carbs, this won't probably do much.

You won't get any different results by buying from a different source. There is no magic pill for weight loss. I lost 21 lbs in eight weeks following the slow carb diet. But you can't cheat. A food diary helps. Good luck.

This company does the utmost research on which vitamins an supplements are needed in what combination and doses and creates supplements that reflect their in depth research. This is a wonderful product. Let me start by saying that I am a skeptical person when it comes to herbal supplementation. I have not had good luck with many things that I've tried. I started taking this to boost my immune system due to the fact that I have allergies, recurring sinus infections and a high-risk strain of HPV with aggressively recurring cervical dysplasia. I figure anything that can boost my immune system couldn't hurt. After having this in my system for a couple weeks, everyone around me including my husband (I work at a hospital too) got sick with sinus and upper respiratory infections. I didn't catch it nor have I gotten sick since I've been taking this product which has been over 2 months. Once a day dosing is super convenient. I do not recommend taking on an empty stomach. No other side effects other than not getting sick! Time will tell if the cervical dysplasia will improve from this, also.
