Folate, also known as vitamin B9.
Manufactured folic acid, which is converted into folate by the body, is used as a dietary supplement and in food fortification as it is more stable during processing and storage.
The recommended adult daily intake of folate is 400 micrograms from foods or dietary supplements. That because is these Supplement really good.

Great Product!
As is well known, folic acid is a very important element during research and early pregnancy. Many doctors recommend folic acid, but I highly recommend this because it is natural and consequently (in my opinion) more suitable for our body.

A-level supplement
Before I struggled with anemia, now after taking the product for a couple of months, my values seem to be getting close to normal again. There are no side effects for me, so they are easy to incorporate in your diet. The value comes at a decent price.
